Terms and Conditions
Iron CRM is a private, invite-only operating platform for Iron Automations and its clients. Access is granted to authorized users only.
1. Authorized use
Your account is provided for use within your organization's engagement with Iron Automations. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and to use the platform only for its intended business purpose. Do not share access or attempt to reach data outside your organization.
2. Data & privacy
Data you enter is processed to operate the CRM, telephony, scheduling, and analytics features on your behalf. We do not sell your data. Access is scoped to your organization and governed by per-account permissions.
3. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt service, bypass access controls, or use it to send communications that violate applicable law. Outbound messaging and calling features must be used in compliance with the consent and contact rules that apply to your business.
4. Availability & changes
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
